Transfer of own shares as a directed share issue based on share-based incentive scheme

Neste Corporation has on 14 March 2024 transferred a total of 13 786 treasury shares without consideration to the participants of Neste Group's Performance Share Plan 2021-2023 and the Restricted Share Plan 2021-2023 as share rewards based on the terms and conditions of these plans. The plans are part of the share-based incentive scheme 2019 of Neste, announced with a stock exchange release on 11 December 2018.

The transfer of own shares is implemented as a directed share issue without consideration based on a decision made by the Board of Directors of Neste Corporation. The decision of the Board of Directors is based on a share issue authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 March 2023.

After this transfer of own shares Neste Corporation holds 997 525 own shares.
