CDP

In 2025, Neste received a 'B' rating in the CDP’s Climate Change and Forests assessments, and a 'C' rating in the Water Security assessment. For years, CDP has recognized Neste for its actions to mitigate climate change and prevent deforestation.

Corporate Knights’ Global 100 Index

Neste has been included in the Corporate Knights 2025 Global 100 index of the most sustainable companies in the world for the 19th consecutive time. Within the energy sector, Neste was again ranked #1. Its overall ranking was 40th.

Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices

Neste has been selected for inclusion in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices for the 18th consecutive year. In 2024, we were included in both the Dow Jones Best-in-Class World and Dow Jones Best-in-Class Europe indices, placing Neste among the leading sustainable companies in the world. Read more.

Neste has been awarded a Platinum EcoVadis Medal. This result places Neste among the top 1 percent of companies assessed by EcoVadis. The EcoVadis ratings is a platform to assess corporate social responsibility and sustainable procurement.

FTSE4Good

Neste is a constituent company in the FTSE4Good Index Series designed to identify companies that demonstrate strong environmental, social and governance practices measured against globally recognised standards. The evaluation is done by FTSE Russell.

Global Child Forum

Neste was recognized as a ‘Leader’ in Global Child Forum’s global children’s rights and business benchmark, The State of Children’s Rights and Business 2024. Read more.

The ISS ESG Corporate Rating is a comprehensive assessment of a company's environmental, social, and governance performance. In 2024, Neste was rated as "Prime", meaning that Neste fulfills ISS ESG's demanding requirements regarding its sustainability performance in its sector.

MSCI ESG Rating Index

Neste reached AAA rating in 2024 in MSCI ESG Rating Index. MSCI ESG Ratings aim to measure a company's resilience to long-term ESG risks. Companies are scored on an industry-relative AAA-CCC scale across the most relevant key issues based on a company's business model. MSCI Inc. is one of the world’s largest providers of ESG Indexes.

S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook

Neste is included in the S&P Sustainability Yearbook 2025 and is ranked as Sustainability Yearbook Member among the 15% of the industry’s top-performing companies.
