Individuals under the Age of 18

Job applicants

Our “Careers Portal” (available here) has information about employment opportunities with us, and contains a link which directs you to a third party’s website (but which contains our brands) through which you can submit an application for employment. This application will request certain Personal Data of you.

The “Data Privacy Consent Statement” set forth in our Careers Portal governs the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data of job applicants, in addition to this Privacy Policy. That third party’s website has its own terms of use and privacy policy which you should review prior to submitting any Personal Data through that website. We may be provided your application, including some or all of the Personal Data (and other information) you submit.

​As a job applicant you have the opportunity to manage Personal Data you have provided through our recruitment portal. You can change, update, or delete your data at any time.

We may use aptitude tests and/or video interviews as a part of our recruitment activities. You can request our service providers to give you further information concerning your Personal Data e.g., aptitude tests and/or video interviews. Video interviews will be stored for 12 months. If needed, you can request RecRight to delete your video and personal account by contacting them directly at support@recright.com.

Location details

For some functions and features of the Services, your location will be needed. In the production and provision or the Services, we use technology that uses Bluetooth and GPS to enable geolocation of individual users.

Your geolocation can be determined only when you use the Services, or when they are otherwise active on your device.

Locating a customer enables, for example, additional services, features, or offers to be displayed to the customer.

Among the features that such positioning allows is displaying targeted advertising or marketing offers to the user, and enabling them to use certain features of the Services. We are entitled to store any data gathered with the aid of identification as part of other customer-related data that we save and retain. We may serve targeted marketing advertisements to you via other websites, such as, but not limited to, Facebook.

If you decide to enable location of your device, you thereby agree also to location data being processed in accordance with our Terms of Use.

If you have an account with us, we will also collect information about your user account.

  • Newsletter and reports

    Our newsletter covers some of the most important news about Neste and it will be sent to you if you have subscribed to it. Our reports also provide information which will be sent to you if you have subscribed to it. We collect and store Personal Data required for subscription (for example, first name, last name and email address).

  • Releases, news and articles

    Neste Corporation publishes stock exchange releases, press releases, articles and other news to those who have subscribed to receive such information. We collect and store Personal Data required for subscription (such as first name, last name, phone number, email address and company name).

  • Competitions and campaigns

    You can participate in our events, competitions, prize draws, surveys, or campaigns by filling in a form on our Site or in social media channels, or mobile app (where available). Any Personal Data provided by you will be retained for competition or campaign management and the feedback collection hosted and organized by Neste, and for our own marketing purposes (including contacting you regarding our Services and products). Some of our Services are available to registered users only, therefore in order to be able to use them you may be required to set up a Neste account.

  • Events

    You can sign up for events organized by us on our Site or for apply for sponsorship applications (where available). Any Personal Data provided by you will be retained for event management and feedback collection hosted and organized by us, and for marketing purposes (including contacting you regarding our Services and products).

  • Social media

    Our corporate social media channels are used to share content and engage with our followers. Each social media user can choose independently to follow us or react to our content: for example, send us a message or a comment either publicly or privately.
