Newsletter
Our newsletter contains important news about Neste. It is sent to subscribers alone. We collect and store the personal data (such as first name, last name, and email address) necessary for the subscription.
Press releases, news and articles
Neste Corporation publishes stock exchange releases, press releases, articles and other news for persons who have subscribed to this information. We collect and store the personal data necessary to process these subscriptions (such as first name, last name, phone number, email address, and company name).
Contests and promotions
You can enter a contest or participate in a campaign organized by Neste by filling in the form on our website or on social media. All personal data you provide will be kept solely for the purpose of administering the contest or campaign organized by Neste and for collecting feedback.
We will not use your personal data (name, email address, address, company name, phone number, avec information) for any other purpose, unless otherwise agreed on with you.
The data will be deleted one year after the end of the contest or promotion.
Applications for sponsorship
You can apply for sponsorship by using the application form on Neste’s website. We will collect the personal data you provide (name, email address, object of sponsorship and, where applicable, bank account number) and delete it no later than six months after you submit your application.
You can register for events organized by Neste on our website. All personal data you provide will be kept solely for the purpose of managing the event organized by Neste and for collecting feedback. We will not use the personal data you provide in connection with events for any other purpose, unless otherwise agreed on with you.
We will delete the personal data four months after the event has taken place.
Reports
When you order various reports through our website, we collect your contact information to send them. In addition, we collect any other data you provide (such as title, company name, industry).
