Financial Statements and other AGM documents

The proposals included in the agenda of the AGM, together with the invitation, shall be available at Neste Corporation's website at the address www.neste.com/agm.

Neste Corporation's Annual Report, including the Company's Financial Statements, the Review by the Board of Directors, and the Auditor's Report, as well as Remuneration Report and Remuneration Policy shall be available at the mentioned website on 6 March 2024 at the latest. The documentation referred to above shall also be available at the AGM.

The minutes of the AGM will be available at the website referred to above as of 10 April 2024 onwards.
