Neste Corporation publishes financial reports in 2024 as follows:

• Financial Statements for fiscal 2023: 8 February 2024

• Interim Report January-March 2024: 25 April 2024

• Half Year Financial Report January-June 2024: 25 July 2024

• Interim Report January-September 2024: 24 October 2024

The Annual Report 2023 was published on Neste's website on 1 March 2024. The Annual General Meeting was on Wednesday, 27 March 2024.

This section details Neste's financial figures, including its income statement, balance sheet, key indicators, and cash flow. The data can be downloaded in Excel format.

Please note that Neste Oil reported its first full-year financials in 2005, when the business was demerged from the Fortum Corporation. Neste Oil changed the company's name to Neste Corporation on 1 June 2015.

Interim Reports

Accounting principles

Neste's consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and IFRS Interpretations Committee (IFRS IC) interpretations applicable to companies reporting under IFRS as adopted by the European Union. The notes to the consolidated financial statements also include compliance with the Finnish accounting and corporate legislation.

Calculating key figures

Neste presents Alternative Performance Measures to enhance comparability between financial periods as well as to reflect operational performance and financial risk level. These indicators should be examined together with the IFRS-compliant performance indicators.
