Total number of shares and votes

The total number of shares in Neste Corporation on the date of the invitation, is 769,211,058, representing an equivalent number of votes. On 7 February 2024, the Company has a total of 1,011,311 own shares in its possession that cannot be used to vote at the AGM.

Changes in shareholding after the record date of the AGM do not affect the right to participate in the AGM or the number of voting rights held in the AGM.
